Batiștei 14A is an honour to give back to the city the appreciation it deserves, through architectural context, reinterpretation and space, delivered through a residential building with a commercial ground floor, right in the heart of Bucharest. .

Situated next to a historical landmark, ARTA Palace (nowadays the ARCUB centre), on a street that defined the cultural life of Bucharest throughout the XXth Century and until present days, Batiștei 14A aims to preserve and to highlight the value of the Art Deco jewel it abuts.

The façade, homogenous without being repetitive, and the volume created by the irregular top floor offer the neighbouring building, considered the most expressive Art Deco specimen of the city, the space to shine. Our architectural elements help us blend in the style of the period and landscape, as well as stand out as unique expressions. At ground level, our gesture is an invitation to discover and stroll, through a generous pedestrian area and the illusion of a wider pavement.
